Sapori: armonico, asciutto, leggermente tannico che si affina col tempo al morbido vellutato.

ACCOSTAMENTI GASTRONOMICI: vino per ogni occasione, primi piatti con salse al ragù, bolliti, intingoli umidi, salumi, formaggi, minestre e carni rosse, caciucco e baccalà in umido.
